You have to accumulate a donation of 500M zeny for the Rachel Sanctuary quest to activate. If you want to donate to the Rachel Sanctuary, talk to Nenma (ra_temple 116 174) and give 50k, 100k or 150k zeny. Each 50k zeny will be rewarded with 1 Temple Lottery Ticket. The redemption can be done with NPC Panno inside the temple (ra_temin 170 46).Once the maximum donation is reached, temple entrance will shut down and the quest can now begin. It does not matter whether your character have donated or not.
Level Requirement: Base Level 60 or above,
Other Requirement: 500M total donation to the temple in your server
